Condition: Excellent antique condition - originally a brooch this item has been beautifully converted - some very fine wear commensurate with age. Stones are all secure and gold has a gorgous patina. Hallmarks visible to the rear. A very light dent to the bottom though this is not seen when worn. Please see photos for reference.
