Refund policy

Returns are accepted on unworn items, please see the policy below:

Returning items:

All items must be unworn and in the original condition that they were sent in including packaging. Please email info@oldrubyluck.com within 48hrs of you receiving the item to request a refund.


Please include your item description, your full name and contact details with a reason for your return.  


I understand that items may not always be suitable, please do reach out to me as soon as possible so I can guide you on how to return your item.
 
Items must be returned within 14 days.


Items must be returned:

Unworn, in their original packaging and in the same condition they left Old Ruby Luck.

Items that are not eligible for refund include -

  • Any item held over 14 days

  • Bespoke items

  • Items that have been altered on your request (eg, chains shortened or modified/ re-sized rings)

  • Items that were paid for via layaway

  • Discounted items are non refundable

The cost of return postage is payable by the customer and is non-refundable. The customer is liable for the item until the item is received back.

Insured postage is compulsory to protect you and myself from any loss. 

Credit card conversion fees levied by Squarespace will not be refunded. 

Sale items cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?

Buyer pays return postage that must be insured with tracking.

Old Ruby Luck is not responsible for lost, stolen, or transit-damaged items and won’t refund items damaged in transit.
 
If returning from outside of the UK:
Please mark shipments and customs forms "UK RETURNED GOODS" to avoid extra customs fees. Any customs charges will be paid by the customer and deducted from the refund.
 

Processing Time

Once inspection is complete refunds will be issued in writing via email. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days to the original payment method used.


Please ensure all returns are returned using the address provided by email in their original packaging - include your name and order number within the packaging so your return can be processed quickly.
