Shipments usually are dispatched within 3 working days after finalising payment. All items are sent with a tracking number and signature requirement. Delivery takes place within 2-10 working days depending on region.

Urgent delivery options are available too - please send me a message to discuss alternative shipping.

Your item will be posted to you using branded ORL sustainable packaging with a discreet outer bag.

All tracking details will be shared with you through email so please check your spam too.

Lost items

Your items will be covered by insurance - please contact me as soon as possible to try and trace your item.

  • Royal mail Special delivery and DPD are used as a next day service

  • Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx and DPD are used depending on where the item is being shipped.

    Tracking will always be provided as well as a signature requirement. If you would prefer a non signature delivery please contact me to arrange a tracked service only.

    *Please note that international orders being shipped outside of the UK can be subject to customs/import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. This cost is not covered by Old Ruby Luck and so any additional charges that may occur will be the buyers responsibility.

  • Important: US customs tariffs on UK shipments

    The new rules regarding UK shipments into the US now means 10% will be charged on any item coming into the USA.

    Though I have made shipping free, tarrifs will need to be paid by the customer.

    This fee depends on the value of your item stated on the customs form. FedEx or DHL will contact you directly to collect this outstanding charge — this must be settled by the customer. Please be aware, this can be before your item arrives or sometimes after you receive the item.
