4. Price, Taxes & Fees

Prices shown on the site are in GBP (£) All unavoidable charges (e.g., delivery fees) are included before the final checkout price — no hidden fees will be added after you place an order.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit and debit cards
• Layaway for orders over £500
• Other methods listed on checkout

Payment is taken at the time of order. Orders remain subject to availability and payment authorisation.

6. Delivery, Risk & Title

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days after payment is cleared.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk passes to you when the item is delivered to the delivery address you provide.
• Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

7. Right to Cancel & Returns (Consumer Contracts)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the item. You then have a further 14 days after cancellation to return the goods. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain items may be exempt from cancellation rights (e.g., personalised items).

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after receipt of returned goods usually within 14 days after inspection.

8. Warranty & Liability

While we take care to supply products of satisfactory quality, antique items are sold as described and may show signs of age and wear consistent with their nature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item.
