Antique 9ct Gold & Sterling Silver Chain Extender with Dog Clip - Mixed Metal Necklace Connector

A fabulous antique silver and 9ct gold Albert chain extender with dog clip.
The extender chain has sections of mixed metal to give a more modern appearance celebrating the old with the new. A beautiful gold dog clip allows the extender to be fastened easily making this a very practical way for lengthening your chains and adding some personalised charm to your chain.

Albert chains are so practical allowing them to be worn in many different ways, so the extender could also be used to drape to the front of the chain giving it a unique look.

A Lion Passant is marked on nearly every link to indicate silver is of sterling quality, and a 9ct mark for the gold curbs. These have been put together using segments of Edwardian/ Victorian Albert chains to make this very trendy mixed metal look. The gold has a lovely patina giving a slight rose tint.

Condition: Very Good Condition. Dog clip functions perfectly. Silver has some historic soldering but is in excellent condition. This is a very beautiful extender and a lovely find. (Please see photos for reference)
